3D TERRAIN MAPS

We at Across The Board Creations provide solid terrain model displays that are realistic and accurate and that use the latest digital technology on the market.  Needing to get your idea across to clients is important in today society and we can help you with that visual/physical representation.  

The material we use is a hi-density polyurethane foam which produces a smooth finish and then the image is added on top of the foam.  We work with our clients in every respect to produce the most vibrant geographic display of the desired area chosen. 

An example of a solid terrain map project is the recreation of a topographical map for the information center in Golden, BC.  Next Engine's 3D scanner was used to help recreate an original 4 foot by 6 foot relief map.  This project is featured on Next Engine's website (select Gallery and click on the Large Topographic Map).
